The Wi-Sense RFID tag offered from Arada Systems is the only dual-band, low-power Wi-Fi based active RFID tag on the market. The tag is designed as a small form factor, long battery life active RFID tag that operates in the 802.11b/g band at 2.4GHz as well as the 802.11a band at 5-5.8GHz.
